Writing's on the Wall

Somewhere along the way, I picked up the habit of attempting to speak the words "Rabbit, rabbit," on the first of each new month. It's supposed to be the first thing you say, and it's supposed to bring good luck. I have no idea where I first heard this, or why I decided it was a good idea. I'm fairly superstitious. Wikipedia confirms the idea, and we all know that Wikipedia knows everything.
My first words today were "Shut up!", directed at my alarm. I wonder what this bides for February?
